当地时间12月12日，美国贸易代表办公室(USTR)发布通知，340亿美元排除加征产品清单的排除时间自2018年7月6日起生效，延长至美国东部时间2020年10月1日晚上11:59。美国海关和边境保护局将发布有关入境指导和实施的指示。

USTR本通知里的“C部分”内容，对340亿关税排除第6批（2019年7月9日生效）和第9批（2019年9月20日生效）进行了修订，修订的内容具有追溯力，可追溯至原排除条款公布之日，且不延长原排除条款的期限。
